Water-Shade® Products Limited Warranty & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Water-Shade®. We have a 90-day limited warranty for products found to be defective, we will repair or replace any part of the flotation devices within 90 days of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire, misuse, or any act of nature, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the float system not having been securely fastened nor from improper installation. Water-Shade® makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Water-Shade® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of any product sold, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use.
Valid orders placed and shipped from any shopping platform, which are rejected by purchaser and returned to Water-Shade®, will be refunded minus initial shipping, return shipping & handling costs, after inspection of the product verifies its “new and unused”* condition.
New items must be returned in “new and unused”* condition at the customers expense, in the original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. We cannot accept return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by its original documentation. All items that are properly returned under this policy will be eligible for a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
*New and Unused means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item, and there are no signs of wear on the product. Items must be returned in undamaged original packaging.
