Stop choosing between swimming and staying out of the sun. The Water Shade Canopy Float Kit turns any standard pop-up canopy into a floating shade system for your pool, lake, or pond — putting you in the water AND in the shade at the same time. As the original patented floating canopy (U.S. Patent #8770213 B2), it's engineered to outlast the competition with heavy-duty reinforced PVC floats that hold air reliably, even through winter storage.
How It Works
The integrated clip system attaches securely to most standard straight-leg pop-up canopies through the staking hole at the base of each leg (hole must be 3/8" in diameter — easily adjusted with a standard drill if needed). Set up takes under 10 minutes with the included hand pump. No tools required.
Key Features & Benefits
• Fits most standard straight-leg pop-up canopies up to 55 lbs (frame + top not included)
• 18" diameter heavy-duty reinforced PVC floats — built for years of use, not just one season
• Holds air reliably for extended periods — customers report leaving them inflated all winter without issue
• Patented original design (U.S. Patent #8770213 B2) — the one others copy, not the other way around
• Chlorine- and saltwater-safe — rinse after saltwater use to maintain strap integrity
• Includes Anchor Tethering System for a secure, permanent connection point for your preferred anchor
• Works in pools, lakes, ponds, and calm boating conditions
What's Included
• Four heavy-duty 18" reinforced PVC floats
• Anchor Tethering System
• Hand pump

Everything you need to get floating — just add your canopy (frame and top not included).

What Customers Are Saying
"We purchased this kit late last year and got good use out of it. I pulled them out of storage and realized that I neglected to air them down for the winter. However, they held air all winter and were ready to go this spring. They are a very thick and rugged vinyl material." — Rick B., ★★★★★
"My neighbor spent $11,000 on an umbrella that can cover part of her pool. This was a much better alternative. I highly recommend this product." — Cheryl, ★★★★★
